Dr. Jenny is a Psychologist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in Goodyear, AZ.
With over fourteen years experience as a Developmental Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, and Marriage and Family therapist, and as a graduate of the University of Toledo (Ohio), she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are Child and Adolescent Clinical, Adult, Couples (Emotionally Focused and Gottman), Trauma, Anxiety, Mood disorders (Bipolar, Depression), and OCD. Dr. Jenny serves as the Director of Clinical Training and provides supervision for the therapists at Arizona TherapyWorks.
Dr. Jenny joined the professional staff of Arizona TherapyWorks with a wealth of experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Jenny has held faculty appointments at the Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Children's Hospital, and the Menninger Hospital and Clinic in Houston, Texas. During her tenure at the Menninger Clinic and Hospital, she was the Clinical and Developmental Psychologist in the Adolescent Treatment Program, working with teens with serious mental illness including eating disorders, personality disorders, trauma, self harm, severe mood and anxiety disorders, as well as those with psychotic issues. Most recently, she joined the practice from the Children's Rehabilitative Services at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona where she was working with children who have serious medical and family concerns. She has worked extensively with young children, providing developmental assessments as well as therapy and parent coaching. Her psychological assessment, diagnostic and evaluation skills are outstanding. Dr. Jenny also has extensive experience working with Executives and Professionals in Crisis.
In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Dr. Jenny has presented at National and International conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of Attachment, Mentalizing, Trauma and Relationship therapies.
Dr. Jenny is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
