 Insurance

Dr. Jenny does not accept any form of insurance.

Payment

Major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Services may be converted in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  The office will give you a receipt that contains the information to submit a claim to your insurance or for your to use as a receipt for tax purposes.  If you choose to personally submit the receipt, your insurance will then reimburse you directly.

Cancellation Policy
Dr. Baumgardner has a 48 hour cancellation policy and requests patients notify her 48 hours in advance in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do not give 48 hours notice, the full fee will apply. In the event of illness or emergency, please give as much notice as possible.
